Rules of this Title:
1) Your character has to be in the fed, the title will be fought for -obviously- in Hardcore matches.

every one that goes on these ladders have to earn it, as in be a part of the forum and RP

Basically though if you make an rp promo stating that you want the hardcore title and then msg Kal saying can you add me to the list he can put u you in a lower position on the list.. from where you can try to raise up and get a title shot.
